Vytvoření ImageJ pluginu pro bodovou registraci obrazů

ImageJ plugin for point-based image registration
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší problém zarovnání časové série obrazů živých buněk. Živá buňka se může během pořizování snímků pohybovat a zarovnání obrazu může usnadnit studium sledované buňky. Vytvořený plugin vyhledá významné oblasti, nalezne podobné vzory v jednotlivých časových okamžicích, vypočítá a provede posunutí a otočení v prostoru.
Abstract:
This thesis solves the issue of alignment of living cells time-lapse image series. Live cell can move itself between individual images of the series and alignment of images can ease study of images. Created ImageJ plug-in searches for relevant regions, matches similar patters between individual images and resample source data using calculated rotation and translation matrix.
