Abstract:

Závěrečná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mobbing mezi vychovateli školních družin. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se primárně zabývá problematikou mobbingu a profesí vychovatele školních družin. Čtenářům přibližuje pojem mobbing, jeho cíl, průběh, formy, a hovoří také o jednotlivých preventivních opatřeních, které slouží k přecházení tomu to problému. Dále představuje profesní pozici vychovatel školní družiny, její osobnostní předpoklady a některé problémy, kterým mohou vychovatelé čelit. Praktická část se prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření snaží naplnit stanovený cíl, kterým je zjištění výskytu a forem mobbingu na pozici vychovatel školní družiny na území obcí správního obvodu ORP Opava. Dále se zaměřuje na zodpovězení výzkumných otázek, které jsem si stanovila s úmyslem rozšířit pohled na tuto problematiku.

Abstract:

The final bachelor thesis focuses on a mobbing issue between teachers and school tutors. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals firstly with the issue such as mobbing and the profession of teachers. The main aim is to show to the reader what exactly is mobbing about, its aim, the development and forms of mobbing as a process. It is also about to show some of specific ways of solving the problems which, however, teachers may have experience on daily basis. Furthermore, the thesis represents the professional position of the teacher and school tutor, personality assumptions and some of the problems teachers may go through. The practical part tries to fulfill the aim by means of a questionnaire, which is to find out the occurrence and forms of mobbing to the position of the teachers and school tutors of the administrative district of ORP Opava. It is also focused on answering the research questions I have made with the intention of this issue.
