Specifics of communication with the seniors

Abstract:

Se stárnutím populace vzrůstá potřeba věnovat se problematice seniorů. Spole?nost je nucena se zabývat tímto faktem. Statistické předpovědi udávají, ţe za půl století bude v naší spole?nosti více jak 30% lidí starších 65 let. Kaţdá věková skupina má své typické znaky komunikace, ty jsou dané biologickými, psychologickými a sociologickými potřebami. Komunikace se starší věkovou skupinou se v mnohém podobá komunikaci s mladšími lidmi. Zásadní odlišností je, ţe starý ?lověk jiţ prošel většinou ţivotních etap. V projevu starších lidí se projevují jejich ţivotní úspěchy i prohry, ale i aktuální zdravotní stav jedince. Sou?asná generace, která se doţije vyššího věku s relativně dobrým zdravotním stavem, se musí zajímat nejen o zajištění fyzických potřeb, ale také potřeb duševních a sociálních. Poznání toho, co je specifické pro komunikaci se seniory, nám otevírá moţnosti naplňovat nehmotné hodnoty ţivota. Komunikace je o tom mluvit spolu, sdílet, radit se a také posiluje a uspokojuje potřeby duše. Existuje lidové moudro, které říká "Kdo neproţije, nerozumí". Tak nerozumí mladší generace starší a naopak, ale snaţme se hledat prostředky, jak se ke generaci naších rodi?ů a prarodi?ů alespoň přiblíţit. Jedině přes slovo a skutky vede cesta.

Abstract:

With the aging population is a growing need to add resstheissue of older persons. The company is forced to deal with this fact. Statistical predictionsindicate that for half-century will be in our company more than 30% of people older than 65 years. Each age group has its typice features of communication, these are the biological, psychological and sociological needs. Communication with the older age group is very similar to communicate with younger people. The fundamental diference is that the old man has already gone through most life stages. Words of older people manifest thein life achievements and failures, as well as thein current health status. As a generation that will be live long in relativem good health, should be interesting not only to ensure the physical needs, but also mental and social needs. Know chat is specific to communicate with seniors means new possibilities to fulfill the intangible value of life. Communication is talk about it together, share, consulting. Communicate also streng thens and satisfies the leeds of the soul. There is folk wisdom that says "Who do not live not understand." So younger generation do not understand to older, and vice versa. But try to seekmeans to be closer to the generation of our parents and grandparents. Only through words and deeds leading the way.
