Cílem diplomové práce je postihnout proměny přístupu Ruské federace k procesům kontroly zbrojení a odzbrojení od rozpadu Sovětského svazu. The main goal of my thesis is to define the changes in Russia’s attitude towards arms control and disarmament since the break-up of the Soviet Union.
