Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vlivu týmové práce na zvyšování výkonnosti společnosti L'Oréal. Práce obsahuje základní teoretické vymezení problematiky týmu, týmové práce, motivace a výkonnosti. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of teamwork on improving the performance of the company L'Oréal. Work includes basic theoretical definition of team, teamwork, motivation and performance.
