Výstava Hieronymus Lorm - muž, jenž otevřel hluchoslepým svět

The exhibition Hieronymus Lorm - the man who opened the world for the deaf blind people
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá výstavou o životě a díle Hieronyma Lorma (1821–1902). Narodil se v Mikulově a proslavil se jako hluchoslepý básník a filozof. Vytvořil komunikační systém pro hluchoslepé založený na stiscích a poklepávání dlaně. Tento způsob komunikace se osvědčil natolik, že se užívá v mnoha zemích dodnes a nazývá se po svém autorovi - Lormova prstová dotyková abeceda.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to the exhibition about Hieronymus Lorm (1821 – 1902). He was born in Mikulov and was a famous poet and philosopher. He inveted the system for the blind-deaf people wchich is based on touching and gripping on a hand. This method of communication is still being used and it is named after its inventor - Lorm's touch-finger alphabet.
