The issue of child with the syndrome Münchhausen

Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí kazuistiky poskytnout ucelený souhrn informací, podrobný popis a rozbor případu dospívající dívky, u které byla diagnostikována faktitivní porucha - Münchhausenův syndrom. Jedná se o extrémní variantu předstírané poruchy, kdy pacient předstírá tělesné nebo psychické příznaky nemoci bez zjevné vnější motivace, často jen z důvodu získání role pacienta a zvýšené pozornosti. Metodika: Praktická část je zpracována formou případové studie ? kazuistiky a popisuje onemocnění od počátku předstírání příznaků až po současný stav pacientky. Kazuistika je rozdělena na anamnézu a katamnézu, která je zpracována do jednotlivých období. Popis jednotlivých období je zaměřen zároveň na subjektivní vnímání onemocnění pacientkou, dále na analýzu a interpretaci obtíží a důležitosti ošetřovatelské péče a spolupráce celého multidisciplinárního týmu. Informace byly získány formou nestandardizovaného rozhovoru s pacientkou a její matkou, byla použita také data ze zdravotnické dokumentace a informace zdravotnického personálu. Výsledky: Rozbor jednotlivých období potvrzuje důležitost a nezbytnost důkladné analýzy anamnézy, katamnézy, zdravotnické dokumentace a chování pacienta při nejasných nebo nevysvětlitelných příznacích onemocnění. Závěr: Bakalářskou prací bych chtěla poukázat na problematiku onemocnění Münchhasenovým syndromem u dětí, na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o tyto děti a důležitost spolupráce zdravotnického týmu.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive summary of information, detailed description and analysis case of adolescent girl with diagnosis of faktitious disorder - Münchhausen syndrome. It is an extreme variant of faktitious disorder, when patient pretends physical or mental symptoms of illness without any obvious external motivation, often because in order to obtain roles of patient and increased attention. Methology: The practical part is processed by the research case studies and describes illnes from the begining pretending symptoms to contemporary status of the patient. The case study is divided into anamnesis and catamnesis, which is procesed into individual periods. Description of individual period is focused on subjective perceptions of illnes by the patient and analysis and interpretations of difficulties and importance of treatment and collaboration on the whole multidisciplinary team.Information was received by the form of non-standardized confirms with the patient and her mother. There was both information of medical records and information given by the medical staff. Results: Analysis of individual periods confirms the importance and necessity of deep analysis of anamnesis, catamnesis, medical records and behavior of patient in case of unclear and inexplicable symptoms of illness. Conclusion: In the bachelor thesis I would like to highlight the problems of illnes of Münchhausen syndrome of children, specific nurcing care of children and the importance of cooperation of the medical team.
