Periodic table of elements

Abstract:

Text je shrnutím informací o periodické tabulce prvků. Přináší přehled o historii klasifikace prvků, vývoji periodické tabulky a typech tabulek využívaných v minulosti. Následující části se zabývají periodicitou vlastností prvků. Za využití tohoto principu je možno různé vlastnosti prvků z tabulky vyčíst. Některé anomálie jsou objasněny formou otázek a odpovědí.

Abstract:

This thesis summarizes information about the periodic table of the elements. It gives an overview of the history of the classification of elements, development of the periodic table and types of tables used in the past. In the following passages it deals with periodicity of characteristics of the elements. On the grounds of these knowledge it is possible to read various characteristics of these elements from the periodic table. Finally it puts forward some questions and answares about the periodic table in order to enlighten some exceptions in the table and to practice what we have come to know about the problem.
