The Mass Media and their Influence on Social Change
Abstract:
Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá vzájemnými souvislostmi mezi masovými médii a vývojem společenských změn. V práci jsou zmíněny funkce a účinky médií. Dále práce poukazuje na souvislost masových médií se společností, kulturou, PR a globalizací. Práce se dále zabývá objektivitou médií s níž souvisí i konstrukce mediální reality a podíl médií na utváření veřejného mínění.

This bachelor work deals with the mutual relations between the mass media and the development of social change. Functions and effects of mass media are mentioned in this work. This bachelor work also points out the link between mass media, society, culture, PR and globalization.
