Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním účinků balančních tréninků u pacientů po prodělané cévní mozkové příhodě. Posuzuje účinky komplexní rehabilitace na posturální stabilitu a porovnává dvě odlišné terapie. Předpokladem bylo, že absolvování komplexní rehabilitační péče povede ke zlepšení posturální stability. V první části diplomové práce je popsána problematika cévní mozkové příhody, její klinické příznaky, diagnostika, léčba a následná rehabilitace. Dále se teoretická část zabývá problematikou rovnováhy a postury.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the effects of balance training in patients after a stroke. It assesses the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation on postural stability and compares two different therapies. The assumption was that the completion of comprehensive rehabilitation care will lead to improved postural stability. The first part of the diploma thesis describes the issue of stroke, its clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and subsequent rehabilitation. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the issue of balance and posture.
