Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu lidského faktoru ve specifickém pro-středí Police České republiky. The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the human factor in the specific environment of the Police of the Czech Republic. The main focus will be on the psycholo-gical risks that arise for police officers from the content of their jobs.
