Diplomová práce má tři části. První se zabývá ochranou osobnosti, druhá nekalou soutěží a třetí vztahem těchto dvou úprav.
Abstract:
Unfair Competition Law and Protection of Personality- graduation theses have 3 parts. 1st is engaged in Protection of Personality, 2nd in Unfair Competition Law and 3rd in relationship between 1st and 2nd part.
