Stress in the work environment and the possiiblities of eliminating its adverse effects
Abstract:
Minoritním cílem diplomové práce je objasnit teoretická východiska stresového napětí ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu. Hlavním cílem je na základě provedené analýzy současného stavu organizace, zhodnotit jednotlivá východiska. Dále pak doporučit konkrétní návrhy, které povedou k eliminaci nežádoucích účinků stresu stálých zaměstnanců podniku.
Abstract:
The minor objective of the thesis is clarify the theoretical background of stress tension in a selected business entity. The main objective is to evaluate the individual assumptions based on the analysis of the current state of the organization.
