Teamwork between air traffic controllers, pilots and cabin crew

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání týmové spolupráce v oboru letectví mezi profesemi pilotů, palubních průvodčích a řídících letového provozu. Diplomová práce uvádí v první části definici týmu a teoretické aspekty týmové práce. Následně uvádí základní informace o vybraném odvětví letecké dopravy a oborová specifika jednotlivých profesí. Ve druhé části diplomové práce je popsána výzkumná metoda, výzkumný soubor a výzkumná otázka. Ve třetí části diplomové práce jsou zjištěné poznatky prezentovány z hlediska faktorů excelence týmové práce. V závěru práce je uvedeno shrnutí zjištěných informací a uvedena omezení výzkumu.

Abstract:

This Master thesis is focused on the examination of teamwork in the field of aviation between the professions of pilots, cabin crew and air traffic controllers. In the first part, the thesis presents the definition of a team and the theoretical aspects of teamwork. Subsequently, it provides basic information about the selected air transport industry and the industry specifics of individual professions. The second part of the thesis describes the research method, the research sample and the research question. In the third part of the thesis, the findings are presented in terms of factors of teamwork excellence. At the end of the thesis, there is a summary of the information and the limitations of the research.
