Principy a zásady tvorby 3D informačního modelu na příkladu

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je tvorba 3D informačního modelu objektu areálu VŠTE dle předem určených požadavků na využití modelu. Požadovaný rozsah se vztahuje zejména na databázi prvků nacházejících se uvnitř budovy s vazbou na jednotlivé místnosti. 3D informační model neslouží jako architektonicko-stavební výstup, přestože z jeho podkladů vychází. Objekty se nachází v areálu Vysoké školy technické a ekonomické v Českých Budějovicích. Tvorba 3D informačního modelu vychází z poskytnutých podkladů, konkrétně se jedná o projektovou dokumentaci ve stupni stavebního povolení. Dalším podkladem je skutečné zaměření stavebních konstrukcí a požadovaných prvků. Výstupní model bude sloužit jako databáze a podklad například pro případnou rekonstrukci interiérových prvků v areálu Vysoké školy technické a ekonomické v Českých Budějovicích. Podle těchto náležitostí je také model vytvořen a nastaven.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is the creation of a 3D information model of the VŠTE campus according to predefined requirements for the use of the model. The required scope refers in particular to the database of elements located inside the building with a link to individual rooms. The 3D information model does not serve as an architectural and construction output, although it is based on the model. The buildings are located on the premises of the University of Technology and Economics in České Budějovice. The creation of the 3D information model is based on the provided documents, specifically the project documentation in the stage of building permit. Another basis is the actual measurement of building structures and required elements. The output model will serve as a database and a basis for possible reconstruction of interior elements in the premises of the University of Technology and Economics in České Budějovice. According to these requirements, the model is also created and set up.
