Pšenice setá (Triticum aestivum L.) patří mezi nejvýznamnější hospodářské plodiny. Biotický stres, zejména patogenní mikroorganismy, včetně rostlinných virů, negativně ovlivňují výnos. Virus zakrslosti pšenice patří mezi nejvýznamnější virové choroby pšenice. Nové biotechnologické postupy jako RNA interference poskytují nové možnosti navození rezistence vůči tomuto patogenu. Abstract:
Bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is one of the most important economic crops. Biotic stress, especially plant viruses, significantly affect its yield. Wheat dwarf virus is an important pathogen of wheat. New biotechnological approaches such as RNA interference provide new ways of inducing resistance to pathogens.
