Diplomová práce pojednává o velmi aktuálním a dynamickém tématu agenturního zaměstnávání. Vzhledem k jeho rozmanitosti se práce soustředí na komplexní pojetí celého institutu a zejména na charakteristiku a vytyčení základních pilířů. The diploma thesis deals with a very current and dynamic topic of agency employment. Due to its diversity, the work focuses on the complex concept of the entire institute, especially on the characteristics and delineation of the basic pillars.
