Diplomová práce je zaměřená na výjimečný trest odnětí svobody dle úpravy zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., trestního zákoníku. Práce pojednává o historii trestu, účelu, pojmu a funkci trestu, systému sankcí a zařazení výjimečného trestu v systému sankcí, nepodmíněném trestu odnětí svobody, trestu smrti, právní úpravě výjimečného trestu, ukládání výjimečného trestu a jeho výkon, o pachateli a je zde úprava výjimečného …more

This thesis is focused on exceptional sentences under regulations of the New Criminal Code 40/2009 Sb.
