Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení strategických možností a výběr strategie ve firmě Truhlářství H&B – Nový Domov. Teoreticko-metodologická část této práce je věnována problematice vyhodnocování strategických možností, kdy výsledky jednotlivých vyhodnocení jsou stěžejní pro výběr strategie. V části metodika práce jsou popsány metody sběru informací a dat společně s metodami jejich hodnocení. Tyto informace a data jsou získána osobním rozhovorem poskytnutým jednatelem společnosti Truhlářství H&B – Nový Domov, analýzou dokumentů, odborných publikací a dotazníkovým šetřením. Aplikační část je zaměřena na využití poznatků, se kterými je pracováno v části literární rešerše a úvodu do problému. Využívány jsou metody pro vyhodnocení interní a externí vlivů ve vztahu k firmě Truhlářství H&B – Nový Domov, jejichž výsledky jsou stěžejní pro výběr strategie. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou sumarizovány v části diskuse výsledků. Na výběr strategie navazují návrhy a opatření, které jsou v souladu s podmínkami při stanovení strategie.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate strategic options and selection strategy in the company Truhlářství H & B – Nový Domov. Theoretical part of this work is devoted to the evaluation of strategic options, the results of each evaluation are central to strategy selection. In the work methodology describes methods of collecting information and data, together with methods of evaluation. This information and data are collected by personal interview granted to the managing director of Truhlářství H&B – Nový Domov, analysis of documents, publications and questionnaires. The application part is focused on the use of knowledge with which it is working in part literature review and introduction to the problem. They are used in methods for evaluating internal and external influences in relation to the company Truhlářství H & B – Nový Domov, the results of which are crucial for the selection strategy. Results of these analyzes are summarized in the discussion section of results. On the choice of strategy is continued with proposals and measures that are in accordance with the conditions in determining strategy.
