Abstract:
Téma této práce je obec s rozšířenou působností. Práce se zaměřuje na porovnání míry přenesené působnosti u obcí v průběhu různých historických období. Od roku 1848 do přítomnosti. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé orgány a přenesená působnost u obce třetího řádu.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor work is municipality with extended powers. The aim of this work is to compare the scale of delegated force given to municipalities throughout the different periods from the very beginning of municipal government in 1848 to the present day.
