Abstract:
Analýza řešení sporů mezi podnikateli bez účasti soudu. Práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku jednotlivých metod a možnosti jejich využití dle platné legislativy v České republice.
Abstract:
The analysis of solving problems between entrepreneurs without the presence of judicature. The thesis is focusing on characteristics of particular methods and possibilities of their application in accordance with legislation in effect.
