Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je tvorba dvou variantních technologií obrábění dílce vstřikovací formy v zadaném CAD/CAM systému CATIA V5. Tyto technologie budou porovnány a nejvhodnější vybrána. V teoretické části je obecně shrnuta terminologie týkající se vstřikovacích forem. Dále jsou zde obecně popsány technologie a strategie obrábění používané k výrobě tvarových ploch vstřikovacích forem.Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor thesis is the creation of two technology of machining injection form in CAD/CAM system Catia V5. These technologies will be compared and the best one will be chosen. In the part of theory there is in general summarized terminology about injection form. There will be also described the technologies and strategies of machining which are used to production of shaped area of injection …more
