Práce je zaměřena na výslechovou praxi obviněného, podezřelého a svědka. Přináší základní informace o výslechu z hlediska trestněprávního a kriminalistického.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the interrogation practices of the accused, suspect and witness. It provides basic information about the interrogation of criminal justice and criminalistics aspects.
