Lidský obličej je velmi rozmanitou částí lidského těla, kterou každý využíváme k poznávání lidí, které potkáváme. Na obličeji se nachází různé znaky, které nám k tomu napomáhají. Tyto znaky a celý obličej je důležitý pro identifikaci, tedy určení identity neznámé osoby, z kriminalistického i civilního hlediska.
