Okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost

Circumstances excluding illegality
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je poskytnout přehlednou orientaci v otázkách souvisejících s okolnostmi vylučujícími protiprávnost. V diplomové práci se autor zaměřuje na charakteristiku jednotlivých okolností vylučujících protiprávnost, tzn. krajní nouze, nutná obrana, oprávněné použití zbraně, přípustné riziko, výkon práva a povinnosti, svolení poškozeného. V práci jsou uvedeny i příklady z praxe.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to provide a clear orientation in issues where circumstances exclude illegality. In the diploma thesis, the author focuses on the characteristics of individual circumstances precluding illegality, ie. regional emergency, necessary defense, legitimate use of weapons, tolerable risk, exercise of rights and obligations, consent of the injured party.
