Prospects of life of children with protective education

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Životní perspektivy dětí s uloženou ochrannou výchovou“ je rozdělena do tří částí. V první teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy podstatné pro tuto práci, a to především vývojové období adolescence a její specifika, a dále vysvětlení zastřešujícího pojmu problémové chování. Nakonec jsou objasněny termíny porucha chování a její vybrané projevy, také delikvence mládeže a faktory způsobující její vznik a rozvoj. Druhá teoretická část je zaměřena na přístupy k dětem s problémovým chováním a poruchou chování, především tedy prevenci a intervenci. Závěr přináší vhled do systému ústavní a ochranné výchovy v ČR, se zaměřením obzvláště na ochrannou výchovu. Ve třetí praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle výzkumného šetření, dále výzkumné otázky, a rovněž popis metodologie. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum s polostrukturovanými rozhovory jako technikou výzkumného šetření. Taktéž je zde popsán samotný průběh rozhovorů a následná analýza získaných dat. Následuje předložení výzkumných zjištění, závěrů a doporučení vyplývajícími z výzkumu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zachycení pohledu na vlastní budoucnost dětmi, jež se dopustily protiprávního jednání, za které byly umístěny do školského zařízení se soudně uloženou ochrannou výchovou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on „Prospects of Life of Children with Protective Education”. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part contains key concepts of the thesis e.g. developing of children during adolescence with its specifics, elucidation of the main concept of the thesis called troubled behaviour, behaviour disorders with their display, juvenile delinquency and factors caused the source and development of the juvenile delinquency. The second theoretical part is focused on approach to children with trouble behaviour and behaviour disorder, primarily is focused on the prevention and intervention. In conclusion of this part of thesis is view to system of the institutional and protective education in the Czech republic, which is focused especially on the protective education. The empirical part includes the aim of the survey research, further research questions as well as a description of the methodology. For this thesis was chosen qualitative research with semi-structured interviews the technique of own research. It also describes the course of interviews and subsequent analysis of the data. The following is an interpretation of the data obtained through interviews and presentation of the conclusions of the research with recommendations resulting from this research. The aim of the bachelor thesis was find out the view on their own future by children who did committed lawless behaviour and were located to the school institution with court order protective education.
