Předmětem bakalářské práce je institut veřejného ochránce práv. Zabývá se jeho postavením v rámci kontrolních mechanismů a systému záruk zákonnosti ve veřejné správě, působností a komparací s vybranou zahraniční právní úpravou. The subject of this bachelor work is public defender of rights (ombudsman).
