Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi prodeje použitého softwaru, kterým se rozumí „další“ prodej rozmnoženiny softwaru prvním oprávněným nabyvatelem. Práce se v této souvislosti zabývá otázkou vyčerpání práv autora na rozšiřování rozmnoženiny počítačového programu, přičemž rozlišuje mezi prodejem rozmnoženiny softwaru na hmotném nosiči a tzv. online distribucí. This thesis deals with the possibility of selling the used software, which means the "resale" of a copy of the software by the lawful acquirer. The thesis in this context is concerned with the issue of exhaustion of the author´s rights to distribute the copy of a computer program, distinguishing between the sale of a copy of the software on a physical medium and so called online distribution.
