Antibiotic Resistance in Enterobacteria Isolated from Food
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo izolovat bakterie čeledi Enterobacteriaceae ze vzorků chlazeného kuřecího masa získaných z různých řeznictví Zlínského kraje, provést jejich identifikaci a stanovit u nich výskyt antibiotické rezistence k celkem 20 antibiotikům diskovou difúzní metodou.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was to isolate bacteria of the family Enterobacteriaceae from samples of chilled chicken meat obtained from various butchers in the Zlín region, identify them and determine the occurrence of antibiotic resistance to a total of 20 antibiotics by disk diffusion method.
