Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce popisuje aplikaci metody SMED na vybrané výrobní lince ve společnosti WOCO STV ve Vsetíně. Celá práce je rozdělena do tří částí, které na sebe navazují. Práce začíná teoretickou částí, která je zpracována jako literární rešerše, a slouží jako podklad pro vypracování použitých metod a analýz. Analytická část práce, která navazuje na část teoretickou, popisuje a vysvětluje důvody výběru SMED analýzy a vhodné výrobní linky, a především analyzuje výchozí stav přetypování. V praktické části se pak nachází již samotná aplikace metody s konkrétními nápravnými opatřeními. Výstupem celé práce je pak nový, standardizovaný jízdní řád, který bude ve společnosti využíván.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes the application of the SMED method on a selected producti-on line in the WOCO STV company in Vsetín. The whole thesis is divided into three parts, which follow each other. The thesis begins with the theoretical part, which is processed as a literary research, and serves as a basis for the elaboration of the methods and analyzes used. The analytical part of the thesis, which follows the theoretical part, describes and explains the reasons for choosing SMED analysis and for choosing a suitable production line, and mainly analyzes the initial state of the change over. In the practical part is the application oh the method with specific corrective actions. The output of this work is a new standardi-zed timetable of the change over that will be used in the company.
