Czech Reception of Contemporary Russian Literature on the Background of Differences of Political Opinion
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměří na českou recepci současné ruské prózy. Práce bude ověřovat, zda politické postoje autorů ovlivňují česká nakladatelství ve výběru autora pro překlad a recepci jeho díla. Konkrétněji se práce bude věnovat těmto ruským autorům Ljudmile Ulické, Viktoru Pelevinovi, Dmitriji Gluchovskému, Eduardu Limonovovi, Zacharu Prilepinovi, Vladimiru Sorokinovi a Borisi Akuninovi.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis will focus on the Czech reception of contemporary Russian prose. The work will verify whether the political attitudes of the authors influence Czech publishers in the selection of the author for the translation and reception of their work.
