V této práci je na začátku popsána sociální politika a sociální zabezpečení, jako úvod do problematiky, kam tyto invalidní důchody spadají a charakteristika důchodového systému v ČR. Třetí kapitola je věnována invaliditě a porovnání její právní úpravy před a po novelizaci. The first chapter of my thesis describes social policy and security as an introduction to the issue and characteristic of the Czech pension system. The third chapter focuses on the disablement and compares its legal regulations before and after the amendment.
