Communication of Citizens with the State by means of the Contact place Czech POINT
Abstract:
Kontaktní místa Czech POINT jako první viditelný důkaz prosazování eGovernmentu v České republice, výrazně zlepšují komunikaci občana se státem. Tato práce mapuje rozvoj sítě Czech POINT, charakterizuje služby, které operátoři zprostředkovávají, a popisuje procesy na terminálech.
Abstract:
The contact places of Czech POINT as a first visible proof of promotion of eGovernment in the Czech Republic are dramatically improving communication between a citizen and a state. This work maps out development of Czech POINT net, defines services, which are mediated by operators and descibes process made on data stations.
