Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na jev zvaný syndrom vyhoření ve vztahu k povolání policisty, jehož činnost je tímto jevem ohrožena. Syndrom vyhoření je fenomén, který se dotýká celé řady profesí, zejména však těch, ve kterých lidé svojí prací pomáhají ostatním. Mezi tato povolání lze zařadit i povolání policisty. In my master's thesis, I focused on the phenomenon called burnout syndrome, and its incidence and threat among policemen. The burnout occurs in a number of professions, particularly in those where people help others. The policeman's work is one of them.
