Abstract:

Název: Využití hodnotového managementu pro snížení nákladů výrobku ve firmě V diplomové práci zpracovávám téma využití hodnotového managementu pro snížení nákladů výrobku ve firmě. V úvodu vycházím z teoretických poznatků hodnotového managementu s přihlédnutím na funkční přístup a funkční analýzu. Dále se věnuji analýze současného stavu se zaměřením na konkurenci v dřevařském prostředí. V praktické části potom zpracovávám funkční analýzu výroby podlahového vlysu ve středně velké firmě, s cílem definovat možnosti úspor u jednotlivých výrobních operací.

Abstract:

Title : Using evaluation management to reduce product costs in the company. In this thesis I am focused upon the topic of using evaluation management to reduce product costs in the company. The introduction is centred on theoretic notions about evaluation management, taking the functional approach and functional analysis into account. I am, furthermore, devoted to its current state with a focus on competition in the woodworking environment. The practical part is compiled of a functional analysis of the production of timber flooring in a middle-sized company with the aim of defining the possibilities of savings in individual production operations.
