Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metody izolace kmenů kampylobakterů z klinického materiálu a potravin. Teoretická část popisuje nejčastější bakteriální střevní infekce, zejména kampylobakteriózu. Dále udává přehled různých druhů kampylobakterů zachycených laboratoří, jejich průkaz a vhodné půdy ke kultivaci. Praktická část se věnuje kultivaci kampylobakterů z výtěrů z rekta a ze vzorků masa. This bachelor thesis deals with the methods suitable for isolation of campylobacters from clinical material and food. The theoretical part focuses on the most common bacterial gastrointestinal infections, particularly campylobacteriosis.
