Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komparaci pražských restaurací oceněných průvodcem Michelin s konkurenčními restauracemi obsaženými v průvodci Michelin guide. This diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of Prague restaurants awarded by the Michelin guide with competing restaurants included in the Michelin guide. The aim of the thesis is to find out in what respects Prague restaurants awarded by the Michelin guide differ from competing establishments without awards, using quantitative statistical analysis.
