Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl posouzení vlivu nového projektu výroby dveřních panelů pro osobní automobily (projekt MFA2) na hospodaření společnosti International Automotive Components Group s.r.o. a nastavení parametrů projektu tak, aby bylo dosaženo nejlepších výsledků hospodaření. První část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům zpracování finanční analýzy. Je zde představena finanční analýza z pohledu jejího účelu a využití. Dále tato část poskytuje informace o zdrojích, uživatelích, ukazatelích a metodách zpracování finanční analýzy. Také jsou zde představeny různé metody logistiky výrobního systému. Druhá část je věnována vlastnímu výzkumu. Nejdříve je představena společnost International Automotive Components Group s.r.o. a je uvedena finanční analýza jejího hospodaření za rok 2015. Dále je technicky a finančně popsán výrobní projekt MFA2, včetně jeho vlivu na hospodaření společnosti. Následuje technicko-provozní posouzení projektu z důvodu nalezení možných optimalizací. Tyto nalezené optimalizace, tj. posunutí výroby v sekvenci a využití outsourcingu, jsou popsány technicko-provozně a jsou sestaveny jejich finanční analýzy. Na konci této části je finanční porovnání výchozího a optimalizovaného konceptu realizace projektu MFA2 a jeho vlivu na hospodaření společnosti. Hlavní přínos diplomové práce spočívá v získání detailních finančních analýz o vlivu projektu MFA2 na hospodaření společnosti při vhodném a optimalizovaném nastavení výrobního procesu a poskytnutí těchto informací společnosti International Automotive Components Group s.r.o. k dalšímu užití.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis aims to assess the impact of a new project to produce door panels for cars (project MFA2) on the company International Automotive Components Group s.r.o. and setting the parameters of the project to achieve the best results. The first part focuses on theoretical background of processing of financial analysis. There is also an analysis of the financial terms of its purpose and usage. This section also provides information about resources, users, indicators and methods for processing financial analysis. There are also different methods of production logistics system introduced. The second part deals with research. Firstly, it introduces the International Automotive Components Group s.r.o. and its financial analysis for the year 2015. Furthermore, it describes technically and financially manufacturing project MFA2, including its impact on the Company. Then it follows with the technical-operational assessment of the project for the reason of finding potential optimizations. These optimizations, i.e. shifting the production sequence and outsourcing, are described in the technical-operational way and their financial analyses are being drawn up. At the end of this section there is a financial comparison of the initial and optimized concept of MFA2 project and its impact on the company. The main contribution of this diploma thesis is the creation of a detailed financial analysis of the impact of the MFA2 project on the company with appropriate and optimized setting of the production process and also provides this information to International Automotive Components Group s.r.o. for further use.
