Beer in Education of Vocational Subjects

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma pivo a na vytvoření učebního textu o něm. Práce je rozdělena na části- teoretickou (výzkumnou) a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány učebnice, RVP a ŠVP. Do analýzy učebnic jsou zahrnuty především učebnice chemie ze základních škol, gymnázií a středních odborných škol. Na základě porovnání informací z učebnic s tématy z RVP a ŠVP byl vytvořen dotazník, který prověřil znalosti žáků z Hotelové školy. Po shrnutí poznatků z dotazníků, které naplnily předpoklady, že žáci znalosti o pivu nemají, byl v praktické části vytvořen učební text.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of beer and creating a textbook about it. The work is divided into parts-theoretical (research) and practical. The theoretical part describes the textbooks, RVP and SVP. The analysis of textbooks are included chemistry books from elementary schools, grammar schools and secondary vocational schools. Based on the comparison of information from books with themes of RVP and SVP was a questionnaire, which tested students' knowledge of the Hotel School. After summarizing the findings from questionnaires filled the hypothesis that pupils knowledge about beer have been created in the practical part of the instructional text.
