Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Celní správou a jejími oprávněními při vyšetřování trestné činnosti a v trestní stíhání. Seznámí čtenáře s historií, popisuje celní postupy a rozebírá způsob jakým lze pochopit Celní zákon. Nakonec porovnává efektivitu Celní správy České republiky s jiným státem Evropské unie. Celkově uceluje přehled při konání Celní správy v rámci její činnosti.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with Customs administration and its authorizations in criminal investigation and prosecution. It acquaints the reader with history, describes customs procedures and discusses how the Customs Act can be understood.
