Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním epitopů zvířecích červených krvinek pomocí interakce s lektiny. Lektiny jsou všudypřítomné proteiny, které reverzibilně a specificky rozpoznávají sacharidy. U zvířecích červených krvinek, stejně jako u lidských, se nacházejí sacharidové epitopy, které však nejsou u zvířat tolik prozkoumány. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the study of epitopes of animal red blood cells by interaction with the lectins. Lectins are ubiquitous proteins that reversibly and specifically recognize carbohydrates. Carbohydrate epitopes are found on animal red blood cells, as on human ones, but they have not been well studied in animals.
