Cílem práce je identifikace příčin rozdílů mezi evropskými zeměmi ve výši železničních infrastrukturních poplatků. V teoretické části práce je provedena rešerše literatury, doplněná o aktuální články reflektující současné změny. Tato část je následně aplikována na navazující praktickou část.
