Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je teoreticky rozobrať problematiku omeškania v obchodno-záväzkových vzťahoch zo strany dlžníka, ako aj zo strany veriteľa, vznikajúcich predovšetkým v režime Obchodného zákonníka ako špeciálnej právnej normy, s podporou Občianskeho zákonníka ako právnej normy všeobecnej.
