Tato práce analyzuje rozsudky krajských soudů v Olomouci, Novém Jičíně a Opavě, které se týkají závažných trestných činů spáchaných mezi příbuznými v letech 1898–1918. Sledovanými trestnými činy jsou zločin vraždy, vraždy dítěte, zabití, přečin proti bezpečnosti života a těžké ublížení na těle. The basis of the thesis are judgments of regional court Olomouc, Nový Jičín, and Opava, which relate to serious crimes committed between relatives in 1898–1918. There are murders, new-born murders, killing, offence against life and grievous bodily harm.
