Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je představit koncept štíhlé výroby metodiky, nástroje afilozofie současných trendů. Dále, pak technologické inovace Průmyslu 4.0 a 5.0 a možnépraktické využití spojením se štíhlou výrobou v praxi. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Vprvní kapitole definuji základní pojmy konceptu štíhlé výroby. Ve druhé a třetí částipředstavuji vybrané inovace průmyslu 4.0 a 5.0, které si myslím, že by bylo možné praktickyvyužít ve výrobních podnicích. V závěrečné čtvrté kapitole provádím analýzu výrobníchčinností sledovaného výrobního podniku masné výroby a na základě identifikovanýchproblémů se snažím přijít na řešení implementací některých z popsaných technologickýchinovací, které i vzájemně porovnávám z pohledu užitečnosti a výkonnostního přínosu.

Abstract:

The main objective of the thesis is to introduce the concept of lean manufacturingmethodologies, tools and philosophies of current trends. Furthermore, the technologicalinnovations of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 and the possible practical application of leanmanufacturing in practice. The thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter Idefine the basic concepts of lean manufacturing. In the second and third sections Ipre-present selected innovations of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 that I think could be practicallyused in manufacturing companies. In the final fourth chapter, I analyse the productionactivities of the meat production enterprise under study and, based on the identifiedpro-problems, I try to come up with solutions by implementing some of the describedtechnological innovations, which I also compare with each other in terms of usefulness andperformance benefits.
