Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou potravinových intolerancí, se zaměřením na intoleranci sóji a laktózy. Popisuje rozdíly mezi potravinovou intolerancí a alergií, diagnostické metody, příznaky a možnosti léčby těchto stavů. Práce také poskytuje doporučení pro stravování osob s těmito intolerancemi a zkoumá sociální a psychologické dopady na životní styl jedinců. Prevence a edukace jsou klíčovými aspekty pro zvládání těchto stavů a zlepšení kvality života.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of food intolerances, focussing on soy and lactose intolerance. It describes the differences between food intolerance and allergy, diagnostic methods, symptoms, and treatment options. The thesis also provides dietary recommendations for people with these intolerances and examines the social and psychological impacts on their lifestyle. Prevention and education are key aspects for managing these conditions and improving quality of life.
