Cieľom diplomovej práce je poukázať na postavenie komunikácie pri prepade banky. Teoretická časť práce charakterizuje silu verbálnej a neverbálnej komunikácie, približuje pôsobenie stresujúcich faktorov na organizmus a možnosti ich zvládania.
