nutritional factors affecting the urea content of milk

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývala vlivem výživy dojnic na mléčnou užitkovost. Cílem této práce bylo posoudit úroveň výživy stáda skotu v podniku dle jednotlivých produkčních skupin a dostupných živinových složení směsných krmných dávek. Práce se v úvodu zabývala kvalitou krmiv, strukturou krmné dávky, bachorovou mikroflóru a hlavními živinami krmiva. V praktické části byly dojnice roztřízeny do skupin, ve kterých se nacházely ke dni kontroly užitkovosti, jejichž výsledky byly následně porovnávány s živinami krmiva ze sestavených krmných dávek. Na základě výsledků lze konstatovat, že družstvo má problém s výživou dojnic, a to především v období po otelení, kde se u dojnic často vyskytují produkční onemocnění jako jsou ketózy a acidózy. Podezření na výskyt acidóz je též u skupin vysokého mixu. Po křížové analýze množství močoviny v mléce a obsahu bílkovin byl často zjišťován také nedostatek nebo nadbytek hrubého proteinu a energie. Hodnocena byla také struktura krmné dávky.

Abstract:

This thesis dealt with the effect of dairy cow nutrition on milk yield. The aim of this thesis was to assess the level of nutrition of the cattle herd on the farm according to the different production groups and the available nutrient composition of the rations. The thesis started with the quality of feed, ration structure, rumen microflora and major nutrients of the feed. In the practical part, dairy cows were sorted into the groups they were in on the day of performance inspection, the results of which were then compared with the nutrients of the rations formulated. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the cooperative has a problem with dairy cow nutrition, especially in the post-calving period, where production diseases such as ketosis and acidosis often occur in dairy cows. Acidosis is also suspected in the high mix groups. After cross-analysis of milk urea and protein content, deficiencies or excesses of crude protein and energy were also frequently found. Ration structure was also evaluated.
