Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována prozkoumání práce obchodníka s cennými papíry. Považuji toto téma za aktuální a myslím si, že kvůli událostem posledních několika let ve vztahu ke světovým událostem, která jsou stále aktuální, je nutno chápat z jakých důvodů může pokračovat krize v ekonomikách různých zemí a jaké opatření mohou být učiněna. Cílem této práce je vyloučení hlavních rizik, kterým je podroben obchodník s cennými papíry, projednání jednotlivých situací ve kterých může očekávat rizika, rozbor vzájemného vztahu zisku a rizika a konkrétní postupy pro efektivní řízení rizik, čili jeho ocenění, měření a způsoby snížení rizika.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is devoted to analysis of the work of trader. I consider this subject to be urgent and I think that due to events of the last few years in relation to world events that are still current, it is necessary to understand the reasons for the continuation of the crisis in economics of different countries and what measures can be taken. The aim of this work is to identify major risks, to which trader is exposed to, to show the situations in which risks can be expected, to analyze the correlation between profit and risk, and to reveal specific steps for effective risk management - its evaluation, measurement, and the ways of its reduction.
