Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza skutkové podstaty přestupků, které patří k často frekventovaným. První část je zaměřena na představení skutkové podstaty přestupků a vybraných přestupků na úseku silniční dopravy, které narušují bezpečnost a plynulost provozu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of offenses that belong to frequently occurring ones.
